Career Paths: At Durotech, you start in the field and learn the construction process and project controls. You advance in the field, utilizing Durotech’s Learning/Resource Systems. If you wish to pursue Estimating or Project Management opportunities that may come available, the opportunity is open to put your hat in the ring and compete for the position. Advancement in the field, project management, or estimating depends on you and your successful applied efforts and abilities.

Requirements

Minimum overall 3.0 GPA. Some previous exposure to construction is valuable but not essential. Construction Management or Civil Engineering degrees preferred but not essential. Jobsite based and typically in Houston metro area. Responsible. Self-starter. Performance is expected. Character, Integrity, Work Ethic, Maturity, all required.
